update
Majority of recruitment is done for cadets with many being tagged by 5 selected schools (CAE, L3, FTE, Skyborne and LE). Typically integrated is preferred but modular also being considered from selected schools. Recent launch of Low Hour Co-Pilots allowing any pilot regardless of background to apply. Initial application involves aptitude testing which if passed, will allow application to be formally submitted for viewing by recruitment team. If successful invited to final assessment day at CAE where you can expect a group exercise, interview and a sim assessment. If successful given type rating more straight away. Many hear outcome next day. Practice aptitude and psychometric tests here.
