Most FO's start as ab-initio after doing +/-1y office work although direct entry is possible but rare. Cpt upgrades are in house from 4000h but in peak summer season contractors are hired. Base salary is low but if you are willing to do extra's like: mixed fleet flying, training or office functions the salary can rise significantly.

Long Haul gone for now. FO only hired on 80% contract for now (50% winter, 100% sommer, 80% fixed salary 4200 brut (~2800 after taxes). Command upgrade should be very long. E2 available after 1000hrs but not a lot of openings.
