Addtional notes: Most FO's start as ab-initio after doing +/-1y office work although direct entry is possible but rare. Cpt upgrades are in house from 4000h but in peak summer season contractors are hired. Base salary is low but if you are willing to do extra's like: mixed fleet flying, training or office functions the salary can rise significantly.
