Cpt upgrades are in house from 4000h but in peak summer season contractors are hired. Base salary is low but if you are willing to do extra's like: mixed fleet flying, training or office functions the salary can rise significantly.

Current Situation:
Long Haul gone for now. FO only hired on 80% contract for now (50% winter, 100% sommer, 80% fixed salary 4200 brut (~2800 after taxes). Command upgrade should be very long. E2 available after 1000hrs but not a lot of openings.	28/Feb/26
Outlook:
Start of B737MAX ops in Jan 2018, 18 have been ordered for the TUI group	28/Jun/17
