**UPDATE** Pilots who interviewed 8-7 months ago for LGW are being called out A very strong pay rise has finally been agreed bringing the salary to a competitive market value with legacy carries. As well bonuses paid and incremental pay system. Pay to be updated from January 2026 - Bond has been abolished
Union recently agreed to 3 crew trips for all flight within the airline. Therefore, increased number of pilots required.

• Other relevant operational experience as approved by the NFPO. |
