**UPDATE** Pilots who interviewed 8-7 months ago for LGW are being called out A very strong pay rise has finally been agreed bringing the salary to a competitive market value with legacy carries. As well bonuses paid and incremental pay system. Pay to be updated from January 2026 - Bond has been abolished
Union recently agreed to 3 crew trips for all flight within the airline. Therefore, increased number of pilots required. |

Minimum 3500 hours of total flight time as pilot on multi pilot jet aircraft including one or more of the following:
• 24 months in active duty as a pilot with Norse AA or;
1000 hours on B787 (or equivalent wide body aircraft) or;
• 1000 hours as PIC on jet aircraft with a MTOW above 50,000 Kgs or;
• Other relevant operational experience as approved by the NFPO. |

Hold a current Class One Medical Certificate - Minimum 500 hours flight time on MPA (CS-25 aircraft) or meet the requirements for ZFTT (as specified in FCL.730.A)** - For a UK basing, hold a UK ATPL(A)* and have the right to work and reside in the United Kingdom without additional approvals - For an EU basing, hold an EASA ATPL(A)* and have the right to work and reside in the EU without additional approvals.
