Annual leave not granted with people reaching 70 days accrued.
Most of the leave are given by rostering team when flying activity is low and by their own discretion on the periods.

On B737 augmented crew operations allowed with galley aft jumpseat modified to recline to 45° and classified as rest facilities.
Hiring every month due to high turnover.
40 pilots out of a total of 200 left the company in the past months.
Moral is very low as contract is well below industry standard, very few flight hours flown.
New FOs hired with higher grade than currently employed ones despite having same or less experience leading to disappointment.
