Roster Annual leave not granted with people reaching 70 days accrued. Most of the leave are given by rostering team when flying activity is low and by their own discretion on the periods. Roster is random, often published late and subject to continuous changes after publication and down the route. Lots of deadheading via airplane, train and ground transport. Economy class regardless of length. Some rotations, especially on the long haul, include flying to destination and deadhead with the same aircraft back. On B737 augmented crew operations allowed with galley aft jumpseat modified to recline to 45° and classified as rest facilities.
