Minimum 7 days off per month. Minimum 96 days off per year. May be reduced pro rata for crew members (30 years and older) receiving more than the legal minimum of four weeks vacation per year. Company will call you on your off days and ask you to fly if short on staff. CHF 100 paid for flying on an off day or trade for a different day off. Often 6 days in a row on duty. Followed by two days off only. |
