Roster	Same as DAC 5on (earlies)/4off/5on(lates)/4off. Roster changes however 5/4 stays, very sim 1 additional ON day given to compensate so 6/3 for month with sim. When available working off day might or might not happen, currently rare especially for FO, maybe one a year. LTC fly between 750-800h CPT 700-780h FO 600-750h currently expect on lower range	12/Jan/26

Current Situation:
Hiring. Situation unchanged for winter of 2024, low hour FOs making less than 300/400e per month after paying TR. Bases mostly outside of PL, situation dependent on the base. Luck-based system. Great costs, living out of savings airline with very poor treatment of the flying crew. The management "adjusted" the pay rates - payrises only for CPTs (6 e/SBH), for FOs no changes at all. This means, that FOs have been on the same rate since 2019, so considering the infaltion eur course and constant SBH cuttings, they now earn 2 times less.	24/Feb/25
Outlook:
Overcrew for FO, in need of CPT (hence +ve situation flag), Fo time to upgrade with current flight times per year around 4-5 years starts at around 2800-3000h. Expect to fly around 650-700h as a FO and slightly more as a CPT. SFO (+1500h) takes home around 3500-4000 euro net after all tax deductions, if still bonded then 2200-2700 euro. Still b2b contracts and almost no chance for employment in near future	12/Jan/26
