Employment Situation For Pilots

  Current Situation:  
Hiring. Company highly overcrewed, cadets making less money than they can survive on after paying taxes and bond. Loads of time spend in taxi or on standby unpaid. FOs reported making less than 1500e a month. 13/Jan/24
   
  Outlook:  
Increased crew ratio still in force. Company takes people from RYR DAC and gives them polish bases while people inside of a company has to wait for them for a months or years and they fly very little hours. Situation is promised to be solved by S24 21/Feb/24
