Overtime available, pilots can easily work in excess of 800 hours per year if desired.

Housing is still expensive. House shares are now £800pcm per room. Flats are £1500+pcm.
Tax and Social Insurance are low at 20%/6% respectively.
Food costs are normal, healthcare must be paid although health insurance is provided by Aurigny.
Flexible pattern but days off 112 per annum in pairs, 3-day weekend every six weeks, good bidding system. LEAVE: 20 days leave, 8 in lieu of general Bank Holidays plus Christmas Day.
