Employment Situation For Pilots

  Current Situation:  
On-going recruitment to the ATR fleet. Partnership announced with Leading Edge and Norse Atlantic UK. Leading Edge students tagged, then work for Aurigny on the ATR72 for 2 years before moving onto the B787 with Norse. Positions and 787 pathway also available for non-LE students. Non-LE First Officers must fly the ATR72 for 2 summers before moving to the B787. 28/Aug/25
