Feedback indicates elevated pilot attrition, with a number of First Officers moving to other carriers. This is likely to generate ongoing recruitment demand, although long notice periods may delay immediate hiring visibility.
Limited upgrade opportunities for FOs have been noted, while Direct Entry Captains have been recruited in the recent past. Independent verification remains limited.
