End Of Service Benefits as per Qatar Labour Law, or, International Saving Plan (Zurich): 12% first 5 years, 13% next 5 years and 15% after that of basic monthly salary contributed by the company. Employee pays a compulsory minimum 5% (maximum 15%) of monthly basic salary into the plan. You cannot invest the company part yourself and it does around 7-8% with the right fund per year. |

Company is growing and in significant need of FOs. Lots of flights happening with 2-3-4 captains due to lack of FOs. Upgrade time right now around 8-9 years and . With the current number of new aircraft coming new management in place it’s the right time to join QR. Overall a good gig, but there's plenty of room for improvement.

Positive, focus mainly on FO, upgrade time now around 8 years and will decrease since the company stopped DEC. Many opportunities within QR for captains only. Cockpit atmosphere generally good. Good training. Roster is improving, with possibility to commute. Bidding system works well if you know how to use it. Leave attribution based on seniority

If selected you will be invited for 2 days in Qatar. Day 1: company introduction, 50 ATPL questions EXAM, interview with HR/pilot(s) group exercise. Day 2: simulator check. If successful you will get an offer of employment. Practice aptitude and psychometric tests here. |
