Qatar Airways Jobs Situation For Pilots	last update

Current Situation:
Current situation is good in terms of flight deck requirements, company growth, etc However, career progression is being hit very hard, 80% of F.O after 5 years of service to the company are failing the command upgrade, aprox 40 F.O leave the company every month, many after 4-5 years due to this and other reasons. Lifestyle very bad, Rostering - maximum 3 days off in a row. sometimes 3 days off 1 stby and 3 days off again so that you dont go away. And you can't make changes to increase the days off in a row. Great numbers of cabin crew have been terminated for arriving late in their compounds, seeing flight deck crew, etc. No more housing allowance for F.O. You are randomely allocated in company accomodations with cameras and airline staff personnel to check incoming and outcoming guests, times, etc, embarrasing.	1/May/10
