Company is growing and in significant need of FOs due to upgrades and FO's leaving. Lots of flights happening with 2-3-4 captains due to lack of FOs. Upgrade time right now around 9-10 years and increasing. With the new management in place some things improved but salary hasn't been corrected for inflation for over 13 years. Lot's of surveys being sent out but only small changes for flight deck and none that increase salary. |
