End Of Service Benefits as per Qatar Labour Law, or, International Saving Plan (Zurich): 12% first 5 years, 13% next 5 years and 15% after that of basic monthly salary contributed by the company. Employee pays a compulsory minimum 5% (maximum 15%) of monthly basic salary into the plan.
You cannot invest the company part yourself and it does around 1-1.5% per year. |
