Massively hiring and very positive outlook. Avoid however if you are not from the area already. Living expenses in Luxemburg are absurd, so most people live in the cheaper bordering countries where quality of life is very low and still expensive because of the vicinity to Luxemburg. Expect 1+ hour commutes per one way if living outside. 23/Jun/24

Recruitment Process

Initial Interview: An introduction about the company and some questions about you the company (First flight, how many air planes, who is the CEO) and some TQ. DLR: Good old DLR. Preparation is a little bit possible by internet. SIM: B737-300 at RWL Flight Academy. Expect ELLX with everything raw data (ILS and a 2 NDB APP). Final Interview: Lasts 2 hours with 2 pilots and 2 psychologists. Wide range of topics. UPDATE: You will bee sent a preparation program for the DLR, and also plates speed charts etc from Luxair a few weeks prior to the tests. 5/Nov/08
