High turnover of Captains and First Officers in Corendon Europe. No benefits other than salary, no Loss of License insurance, and no healthcare. The India operations are somewhat tiring with tight rosters or frequent assignments to India—three to four times each winter, often for two months in a row. 29/Aug/25
