Flex ONLY. Up to 7 days away from home followed by max 6 days at home. New agreement changes to the flex roster conditions: The following ON-OFF combinations are possible in rosters: 7 ON – 6 OFF, 6 ON – 5 OFF, 5 ON – 5 OFF, 4-1 ON - 4 OFF. Mainly night flying, but more and more dayflights. Normally duty starts after midnight and ends before midnight on the last day. Possibility of part time on request (german law). Typical night: Start around 7/8pm (1/2 sectors) followed by 2/3/4 hours in a main hub and a 3rd sector at the end of the night, hotel at around 6/7am. LEAVE: 36 days in the first year, up to 42 after five years in the company |
