Roster Fixed 5 on 4 off or 14 on 7 off pattern (excludes July, August, December). Random with 4 requested days off per month and extra compensation 800GBP/month CPT, 550GBP FO. Almost exclusively 2 sector days out and back. Expect to fly 850hrs with most sectors 3,4,5+hrs each. 50% part time for captains only to be introduced - 14 days on 14 days off

Further expansion planned in the UK shortly. Recruiting direct entry captains (type rated and non type rated), experienced FOs (type rated and non type rated) and low hour cadet FOs for this. Lots of internal upgrades for FOs and training opportunities for both FOs and captains to facilitate further UK expansion. 24/May/23

Extra LTN based aircraft to be delivered in October bringing total LTN based to 12 with more expected to be announced for both LTN and LGW next year.
