Fluent in finnish or swedish is mandatory for this test. It`s a little bit like Lufthansa DLR. 1) First round: numerical, verbal and logical reasoning as well as personality test 2) Second round: multi-tasking capacity, memory, coordination and vigilance tests + some more personality assasment tests 3) Interviews with captains and a psychologist 4) Company medical (more strict rules than for JAA medical) 29/Sep/08
