The Crew Union wants to nationalize the whole cockpit crew. Airline does not listen to this. Foreigners with 500hrs on type are welcome to work for the airline. National Flight school has been closed. People who want to become pilot in the country could go try the ENAC (or smaller flight school at Ben Slimane), otherwise get their ATPL and fly 500 hr as PIC on type. Also joining the airline as contractor (Rishworth) is possible. Salaries are higher but contract offered are for 1-2 years 14/Aug/17

RAM Academy (ENPL). they don't hire any foreign ab initios. That is why it is hard to contact the company. External pilots or candidates are blocked Moroccan citizens from abroad (as Ab-initios) are more likely to get in the airline.   20/Feb/17
