Interview consists of weather, performance, aircraft and company based questions. Brief an approach plate 1 or 2 scenario based questions “tell me a time when you had to make a decision to abandon a flight, how did you decide? Flight Test in a BN2 Islander approx 30 mins. Depart, intercept radial, procedural turn, steep turns and back for a normal landing - no emergency/CRM required. 17/Dec/18
