- valid full EASA ATPL (preferably UK)
- preferable ERJ 135/145 type rating
- minimum of 3500TT with minimum 500h jet (or 1000h turbo-prop) in MPA
- right to live and work in the UK
- must live within one hour travelling from the assigned base
- Class 1 medical category with at least 6 months validity remaining
- valid driving licence
- Level 6 English
