Roster 5/4 possible at~93% of Basic salary. Busiest schedule of the whole EZY/EJU network. Very long days. (Expect some maximum flight duty periods combined with minimum rest, even in the winter. FTL are based on Swiss regulation and are the least favourable for flight crews in comparison with others AOCs : expect the company to make maximum use of them (including last minute changes))

No direct entry captain, except in exceptional circumstances and from other easyJet bases. Minimum requirements for upgrade are 3500 factored hours and pass in the Command Assessment Process. Plenty of FOs who currently have the minimum requirements.Moreover, the upgrade process at EZS is particularly demanding, as it is completely different from the rest of the network — with a first-time failure rate of over 65%. 8/Jul/25

Recruitment Process for easyJet Switzerland Pilot Jobs

All candidates have to pass psychometric tests, technical tests and multiple group & individual interviews supervised by HR or Line Training Captains. If all stages are passed you will have to do a SIM check (Non TR on fixed based sim, A320 TR on a full flight sim) and a final interview with both HR and LTC. If everything is passed and you are not yet rated on the A320 you will be invited to an A320 type rating course in one of CAE's bases, the course is fully paid by the candidate and is between 30'000-35'000 CHF.
