20 FOs to be recruited for next summer. Mix of experienced and cadet pilots. New joiners will be on a seasonal contract. This will be at 81% of full contract. Upgrade to full contract on seniority basis.
Non-rated cadets required to pay GBP22000+VAT to gain type rating, however a contract with BMIBaby will be signed prior to TR starting.
