Pay is US $ 11,500 for 75 hours for commuting and $12,500 non-commuting. Commuting is 44 days on/16 off. $6,000 bonus every 6 months plus housing, and travel allowance.

Only options Resident, 22/8 or 19/11. All others cancelled and pilots forced to change or dismissed. During ongoing pandemic no more hourly targets, you get your hourly rate.
Negative. Roughly 40 of the 93 from expat group were fired 14/07/2020.

Outlook:
Half of the expat group has been dismissed. All foreign captains in training, plus any that had ‘issues’ with the company like failed LCK, LPC, SIM, SOP exam.
Remaining captains on a daily allowance of $100/day.
