First a round of aptitude tests. Numeric reasoning, spatial orientation, memory-test and aptitude test. All tests are custom designed by Wideroes psychologist. Candidates that pass the first stage are called in for an interview. Only candidates with a total time of less than 800 hrs are subject to a simulator assessment.
