Current Situation:  
Is still hiring FO - 10 a month for the net 2 years

Outlook:  
The hiring prices is slow, they pay the cadets 3 years very low pay scale, and when they get the upgrade they been paid as copilots for as much of 7 monts. they been upgrading pilots with very low experience so they can save money. over all its a good company to start but leave after a few years. the pilots and cabin crew are not happy with the company. One of the worst paid airlines on the with airbus.
