No vacation before serving 12 months in the company. For foreigner pilots, it is possible to go home but in reality, it is very difficult to receive permission from the FLT-OPS (in Turkey, there is a different lifestyle: At many companies, U have to ask for prior permission to go home since there are often no sceduled OFF days in the roster or just 1 day that can be changed any time) and such a request is probably only possible in the winter. |
