No vacation before serving 12 months in the company. For foreigner pilots, it is possible to go home but in reality, it is very difficult to receive permission from the FLT-OPS (in Turkey, there is a different lifestyle: At many companies, U have to ask for prior permission to go home since there are often no sceduled OFF days in the roster or just 1 day that can be changed any time) and such a request is probably only possible in the winter.
Nov. salary was payed 1 month late. Dec. is paid by 50% to Turkish pilots only. Many captains are not happy and left to other airlines. There are enough first officers for the time beeing.
