The selection procedure consists of:
1 - Screening of C.V. and motivation letter.
2 - Screening of flight training history.
3 - Written test : aerodynamics, meteorology, aircraft performance, rules and regulations.
4 - Interview with Staff pilots and HR manager.
5 - Simulator screening , performed on either B737-200, B737-300 or A320 simulator.
6 - Psychological and aptitude tests. Practice aptitude and psychometric tests here.
