Winter 23/24 saw exceptional recruitment with 116 new joiners. This is not expected to be repeated.
Recruitment for S25 now open. Numbers required unknown.

Only 81.3% Part Year Part Time contracts being offered. FT in summer, 50% in winter. Joiners will be on these contracts indefinitely. Salaries illustrated above are for FT.
No published plans for growth so hiring forecast is based on attrition. Time to command for new joiners looking like approx 10 years. 2025 fleet plan is still unknown. Delays to MAX 10 deliveries are set to stifle any potential growth.

Only hiring on 737. 787 is just now becoming available to those with 5 years seniority.
