Very unstable, every crew member is leaving if they have the chance, wet leases to fill the ammount of unfits and no shows.

travel
Free when travelling in uniform as extra crew member. Other option is staff travel where you pay only airport taxes and travel on STBY basis. Closest relatives are allowed Staff Travel after the initial three months probation period.
