Roster Mostly variable, 4-2, 5-3. Minority with fixed 5-4. LEAVE: 42 days for variable roster, 34 days for fixed. Leave is payment for those with fixed roster as the payment is less and the leave days is only enough to get summer vacation and one other vacation (13 days) that year.

Staff travel Yes, full ID rights within the company from day 1,and with all other cooperating airlines after 6 months. An ID ticket within Norway costs roughly 400 NOK,depending on route.
