Initial interview with management member and staff pilot. Psychological assessment. Sim session (testing basic flying skills, single-engine flying, all raw data, focus on CRM). Final interview with Head of Training if succesfull.
Also some recent recruitment via external company (you will get a contract with a sourcing company based in Asia, not with Privatair - without European benefits - health insurance, pension,...) Practice aptitude and psychometric tests here. |
