During low season parttime work is offered. No layoffs for winter 2018 due to big expansion in 2019.
14 days ahead, expect a lot of changes (on short notice). Don’t expect to fly from your Homebase. Lot’s of travel hours. LEAVE: 10 days when working fulltime, no annual leave. All is unpaid leave.

Online tests include IQ test, personality profile test. At interview: First do a 50 quetion technical sheet, then interview with Chief pilot and other pilot. Here only personality is judged. NO SIM and quite relaxed atmposphere with a bit good cop/bad cop at interview. PLI online test before interview iso IQ test. Practice aptitude and psychometric tests here.
