No communication from management about the rating costs to change from C525 to C560. Company seems to expect pilots to pay. Generally bad financial situation, invoices and freelancers are paid with weeks of delay. Crew meals have been removed because too expensive. Hotel rooms have been price capped because too expensive. Salaries of last month were almost 'forgotten' to be transferred on time, company had to be reminded by distressed employees.
