Applicants are divided in groups depending on their profile a) Currently flying fleet b) Type-rated not flying fleet c) Non Type-Rated flying commercial operations d) Non Type Rated Ab-initio. Recruitment process consists of three screenings: 1) Theoretical ATPL test and English reading . 2) Psychotechnical test and English speaking face to face. 3) Simulator assessment, personal interview and thorough medical.
