Basic monthly salary incl. 55 hours before tax, higher salary after every flown hour after 55 hours.
Blockhours flown depends mainly on Base. In Winter expect around 40-50Bh. In Summer round 60 to even 100Bh. Many of the Employees are happy. Nice collegues, good atmosphere, stable Roaster, nice destinations and mainly 2 legs/day. Old a/c joining now because of difficult market situation. From 2020 A320 Neo´s are comming.

3 days : 1. System Test of type rated A/C, minimum score to pass 75%. Then 4 psychological tests on PC 2. SIM Check on 737-NG FNPT in Schönefeld. Approx. 1 hr raw data flying with RNAV, Interceptions, Holdings, VOR/ILS approach 3. Interview with Chief Pilot, HR and Training Captain. If not rated, self-funded TR approx €25.000 at Cockpit4U. Practice aptitude and psychometric tests here.
