Additional Duty Pay / Per Diems for Eurowings GmbH Pilot Jobs

Capt 3 EUR/hr duty, 72 per day, tax free depending on country; TRI 1600 EUR, TRE 1700 EUR on top/month + fee for SIM sessions, supervision and checks; overtime pay: Individual salary/125*1,0 for the first 5 hours, for 1,3 from 5th and factor *1,7 from 26st hour overtime. Captains earned approx. 20% of their salary on top due to a lot of overtime work. Captains payscale range is from 150.000-250.000 Euro per year. Depending on previous salary level as First Officer, Captains will start at higher salary level after upgrade
