Management is pushing the internal Wet lease model Wings Pattern (20/10 paid in PRG) to operate non EWL bases in Germany (HAJ, DUS, NUE).
New FOs hired mostly according this model.
For internal FOs ready for the upgrade the likelihood is low of keeping their normal base. Management tries to push them in the Wings Pattern model PRG

Outlook:
EWL becomes more and more an internal wet lease company for the Eurowings group. New (aircraft) bases like HAJ, NUE or GRZ are opened, but without staffing them (crews are in layovers/hotels). EWL even operates five aircraft in DUS, the main base from Eurowings Germany GmbH
