New Fokker 100-crew needs to pay for their TR plus a E 15K bond for a period of 3 years. If you have your own TR DAE will bond you aswell for E 10K over 3 years. Similar contracts for the ATR-crews. High employee turnover.

On the ATR fleet Pilots must pay for their own type rating (20k euro) and sign a bond (15k euro) for three years, those with type rating already must also sign a bond (10k euro) for three years. Similar conditions for the Fokker fleet
