Situation: |
OCC, MCC, main maintenance station and administration is located in Kaunas, Lithuania. Company strategy has two focuses; PSO contracts in Europe (currently Norway, Germany and Italy) and short/long term ACMI and ad-hoc charter operations world wide. Airbus production is 95% ACMI based. All flights operate on Lithuanian AOC. All new pilots are Self employed.

Interview and personality questionnaire followed by sim screening in a fixed base procedure trainer. A technical quiz is also made at the sim screening (well known ATPL with weight on performance). Sim screening covers basic flying skills and mental capacity. Practice aptitude and psychometric tests here. |
