1- skype interview with HR dept 2- compass test 3- face to face interview (personality and basic knowledge) 4- simulator assessment on A320 regardless of you are or not rated with DFO and training captain, always 2 people to assess you, (where CRM plays major role, ifr basic flight for NTR, Airbus procedure for TR, single malfunction NTR, complex malfunction for TR oriented to see airmanship and management with other cockpit member, cabin, atc, ground staff) and priorities. Friendly and professional atmosphere. Practice aptitude and psychometric tests here. |
