Oparational interview with both Chief pilot and a Senior pilot. Technical questions regarding flying in Norwegian conditions (icing, braking action etc). HR interview with retired flight attendant and chief pilot. Personal stuff like background, personal/negative traits etc. Very laid back. Nice people. Practice aptitude and psychometric tests here.
