Roster	Fixed roster 24/12, 21/14, 21/21 or worldwide (pilot gives availability and is scheduled subject to crewing discretion). New roster patterns probably available from 2025. Company is reducing the number of pilots on worldwide contract and wants approximately 70/80% of pilots on fixed patten from next months.	13/Aug/24

Current Situation:
Recruiting TR 777 CPT and FO and TR and NTR 747 CPT and FO. Training bond without any salary deduction (no monthly instalments) if the pilot stays 3 years or more. Contract through external agencies (Airborne or Confair): no social security nor tax paid by the Company. Pilots need to look after their own tax status in the respective countries.	13/Aug/24
