1st stage - written test (English, Aptitude test, Psychometric test, ATPL questions) 2nd stage - Panel interview (Management pilots, HR, fleet chief), SIM ride (B737 or ATR 42) in Prague, CATC. Fleet leading captain might invite candidate for personal meeting after selection. Practice aptitude and psychometric tests here. |
