Roster 4 months: 17 on / 9 days off, 8 months: 17 on / 13 days off. Either you get Christmas or New year off. Occasionally asked to proceed early, 3 times a year on top. Part time: Same as above, but minusing 3 working months above. During your off days: Required to do attend training courses: 3/4 times a year. €100 for each extra day during this period, min required days is 10 Unpaid work during your off days.
