FO top Basic Salary: 81,000 (plus any inflation rate since the agreement was made in 2018. The rates are cumulative: inflation rates are summed up from 2018 till the day the pilot reaches their year 3 in the company, all added to the basic of 81k) after 2 years, NOT inc. Productivity pay, Per Diems (Tax free) or Tour Based Pay Productivity Pay: Approx 25-50k per/year depending on fleet and hours flown annually. Per Diems: Avg 1,100 p/m. Tour Based Pay: (May-Oct): Approx 2-5k p/m depending on hours flown monthly. Day of pay: 6-900 per day. Depends on rank. 9/Jul/23

Roster 200 working days per year. Max. 49 in 1st and 4th quarter and 51 in 2nd and 3rd quarter. 6 Special Days off per year (request only, not guaranteed and do not count towards 200 working days). Normally, 6 on/5 off, 7 on/6off long range fleet, but can be changed if training event/SDO/Vacation in quarter, in reality that means always. 6/5 is semi-stable. Roster published on the 15th, 2 months in advance. Since 2018 204/208 voluntary working days for extra cash available, reducing quarterly limits, expect 5/3 during the summer when volunteering.
